Designing, developing and making pressure sensitive tapes is what Shurtape does. Shurtape is organized in North Carolina as Shurtape Technologies LLC and privately owned. There are Shurtape manufacturing plants in Hickory, Stony Point and Hudson, North Carolina.
In 2000, Shurtape opened a plant in Hickory producing masking, foil, printed, and laminated tapes and a converting facility in Singapore. In 2004, Shurtape purchased Tape Specialties Ltd. And the Arts and Entertainment division of Permacel Inc.
Shurtape has a distinct look and feel to their brand representing the creative, bold and forward company that they are.
